Instead of Saturday, November 16th, the excursion will take place on Friday, November 15th, directly after the last session of Friday morning. We advise you to wear walking boots and have a raincoat/umbrella with you in case of rain.
In view of this change, anyone interested in the excursion can still register until this Friday, October 11th.
The deadline for registration and abstract submission is extended to October 1st, as well as early bird payment (also extended to October 1st).
Since registration form and abstract upload is done through Google Drive, a sign in with your Google account is necessary (limitations made by Google itself). In case you do not have a Google account, please contact us via email where we will go through the registration process with you.
Registration fee includes coffee breaks and refreshments.
Regular participant – 50 € early registration payment (until September 15th), 75 € later.
Undergraduate and graduate students, retired colleagues – 30 € early registration payment (until September 15th), 50 € later.
Registration fee does not include excursion fee (50 €), which should be paid together with the registration fee.
