Instructions for all presenters:
All presenters should have a ppt/pdf presentation prepared.
Presenters which will participate at the meeting are kindly asked to provide their presentation to the conference assistant before the start of their session.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster size: measuring 100 cm x 80 cm (height x width) in vertical orientation.
SHORT PRESENTATION
A total of 5 minutes is available for each short presentation. We advise 3 minutes for the talk and 2 minutes for discussion.
CLASSICAL PRESENTATION
A total of 15 minutes is available for each classical presentation. We advise 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for discussion.
KEYNOTE
A total of 40 minutes is available for each keynote. We advise 35 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for discussion.
Abstracts should not exceed two A4 pages (700 words max + 1 figure and references) and should be written in English. Please use the doc template to prepare your abstracts and upload them during your registration on the following registration form link.
